This is how to measure and store a serving of CBD Oil Adelaide CBD oil — method only, not a recommended amount. Every bottle is 50ml with a graduated dropper set for a 0.5ml serving, giving about 100 servings at any strength.
Measuring a serving
Read the label first for the cannabinoid, the strength in milligrams and the THC figure. Squeeze the dropper to the 0.5ml mark — that is 20mg of cannabinoid per serving from a 1000mg bottle, scaling with strength. Storing the bottle
